Return Policy

Return for full refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is not refundable) 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by Grimes Ventures, LLC, DBA Aura42 Apothecary, are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for any reason. Whether the product is defective, you changed your mind, or are not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund.

Proof of Purchase

  • WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT: Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, cash, credit card, debit card and Paypal purchase refunds will be issued based on the original tender; thereafter merchandise credit will be issued. Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
  • *If you no longer have the debit card or gift card with a Visa or Mastercard logo used on the original purchase, the refund will be issued as a merchandise credit.
  • NO RECEIPT: If you don’t have a receipt, the return policy posted at the time and place of your return will apply to your return. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
  • GIFT RECEIPT: An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the credited amount.
  • GIFT CARDS: Gift cards (including eGift cards) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless the total gift card balance is less than $10. Terms & Conditions apply to Gift Cards.
  • Price Adjustments: A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price will be issued for in-store purchases when the original receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of the original purchase. Flash Sales, promotions lasting 24 hours or less, email offers, and Auto Refresh orders are not eligible for price adjustments.

 

Online Returns Instructions

Please note: Aura42 Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please fill out the Return Section of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked Gift Return on the back of the invoice.For your convenience, we have provided an address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to (return postage is required):

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to our damaged items section below.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-469-891-4006 or via email at hello@aura42.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
